Fees Paid via online payment gateway portal will not be returned for any reason except due to technical errors during payment processing, if in any case you find any other reasons , In case of online school fee payment you may contact the administrative office of the concerned school for which you have made the payment via our payment gateway services, upon scrutiny and verification the school will initiate proper procedure to verify your queries and will take necessary actions to resolve the issue at the earliest possible opportunity.
Incase of payment deducted from your bank but not yet received by the school, you may wait for 2 - 7 days for the payment to get reversed to your bank account from which you have made the payment from our payment gateway service. In case if you have not yet received the reversal of payment to your account , you may raise a proper query to the below mail id ( appstarindia@gmail.com ) for further scrutiny and escalation to the bank, you may also contact your home branch manager to know your payment status from your concerned payment account. Appstar Global or the School will not be responsible in case you have made the payment in the wrong URL or un-authorised URL, you have to be cautious about similar names of the websites. Always ensure that you type the URL given by your school through official message.
Also please mention the acknowledgement details while raising any query related to payment issues to ensure faster resolution of your queries.

Student admission Number.
Registered email id while you made the payment.
Registered phone number while you made the payment.
Parent Name.
Payment id .
Date and time of payment.
